Prayer For Memorial Day(Based on John 15:13)
True Vine,
We pray for our servicemen and women of our
country and those beyond our borders who, with
honor, bravery and distinction protect us and their
fellow countrymen.
They laid down their lives for not only their own, but
the lives of those whose countries they were defending
in the name of freedom and independence.
Let us lead by their brave, selfless example by standing
up for those who cannot fight for themselves.
