Father God,
It is You who satisfies the weary soul, and so it is from You
I seek peaceful sleep.
Center my mind, calm my restless spirit, let every tension in me
release itself.
Let there be nothing on my mind tonight but focusing on
resting in Your holy name.
Let my no longer languish in the morning when I rise
as it sometimes does, but replenish it with your Holy Spirit.
In Jesus Name,
